Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt

3.1. Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 5% per month. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Liability

Flat Clearance Earls Court takes utmost care in handling your items. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing damages or fragile items not properly secured by the client
Clients must declare any hazardous materials or items requiring special handling
In case of damage caused during clearance, we will assess and compensate as per our insurance policy

5.1. Insurance

Our services are insured to cover accidental damage and loss during the clearance process. Please contact us for detailed insurance coverage information.

6. Privacy Policy
